ACIS certifications are basic or intermediate and require at
least two years of experience with relevant technologies. One of those years
must involve direct and direct work with some specific Avaya products. ACIS
integration certificates focus on installation, configuration, configuration
validation, bootstrap and troubleshooting. ACIS implementation certificates
also focus on installation, but on validation, tests, and so on, on
installation itself.
ACSS senior level certifications require at least four years
of experience, with two years of direct support for some specific Avaya
products. These certificates also fall into two fields (this time, solution and
support), recognizing professionals who are highly informed about the
architecture of the Avaya product, such as components, features and functions.
The certificates of the ACSS solution undergo acceptance
testing, call flows, commissioning and product registration, troubleshooting of
product integration and log analysis. ACSS support certificates analyze
installation, testing, validation, administration and troubleshooting of
products, especially advanced configurations.
